Return Policy

We want to be sure you’re as happy with your Corloq products as we are. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days. For products purchased directly from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.

You can return your product(s) up to 30 days after the original purchase date. All merchandise must be unused/unworn and returned in the original packaging. Please include a copy of the original receipt of purchase. A full refund for the price of the merchandise will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days of receiving your authorized and returned product. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly.

If you’re returning an item after the initial 30 days but within 60 days after the original date of purchase, you may exchange the item for another Corloq item. All merchandise must be unused/unworn and returned in the original packaging. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly. No refunds will be given on merchandise returned 60 days after the original purchase date.
